Whether you're planning a family vacation, corporate retreat, bachelorette party, or staycation, this spacious and family-friendly home is the perfect choice for your next getaway.

This property has a kids' interior playhouse, arcades (nba jam and pac-man), a treehouse with slide and zipline, a custom 16' picnic table, a hidden speakeasy with poker table, a billiards room, a hot tub with outdoor bar, a 50 amp RV hookup, two primary bedrooms with attached bathrooms, along with 3 secondary bedrooms. Property sleeps up to 18 and is located on a full acre of land on Wilmington Island, one of a series of islands connecting Downtown Savannah to Tybee Island. Welcome to low country! So beautiful - even the bugs love it! :) The property is routinely sprayed for insects, however, mosquitoes require a different treatment. Bug spray is recommend while outdoors, especially for those sensitive to the bites. While bug spray is completely adequate for the task, we partner with a local professional mosquito spray company to provide these services for an additional charge if desired. This will sometimes make more sense for larger groups or guests hosting gatherings in the backyard. We would be happy to facilitate scheduling the added mosquito spray if desired. Advanced noticed is required to allow sufficient time for scheduling. Please let us know if you’re interested! Because we’re on in island surrounded by marshland, palmettos may be spotted. Again, we spray quarterly to prevent encounters the best we can, but sometimes, especially during the hot, damp months that the South is infamous for, you might have a run-in. Please be aware of the following potential fees: - There is an additional fee PER PET. - When possible, we can offer an early check-in for an additional fee and/or a 1 hr late checkout for a separate fee (subject to the cleaners’ availability) - Smoking indoors will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee. - Lost items can be returned for a fee of $30. - There is a fee of $50 for unauthorized late checkouts past 11. - We have a "minut" noise/ smoke monitor inside the property. We will let you know if you are being too loud and may ask you to leave if needed. - Date change requests are subject to a $30 fee along with the potential rate increase due to supply and demand for the date requested. - Airbnb automatically calculates the price based on the number of guests and pets that you select. If you enter in the wrong number of guests/ pets, then there could be additional charges.
