We’ve added exterior cameras to help guests feel safe and comfortable during their stay. Please be aware of the following potential fees: - There is an additional fee PER PET. - We offer a 1-hour early and late checkout for an additional $20 fee. - Smoking indoors will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee. - Lost items can be returned for a fee of $30. - There is a fee of $100 for unauthorized late checkouts past 11. - Guests are expected to keep shared areas clean and respectful. Excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees. Continued disregard for house rules may lead to removal from the property. - We have a "Minut" noise/ smoke monitor inside the property. These monitors are intended to help us detect parties, not to prevent a small group from having fun! And if you're bringing a baby or toddler and you're concerned about the noise monitor, don't be! - Please make sure you have read the details of the listing and are aware of the cancellation policy before arrival. We will not go against our cancellation policy or alter a reservation for a shorter length of stay. Date change requests and alterations are not guaranteed and are at the owner's discretion. Approved date changes are subject to a fee, along with the potential rate increase due to supply and demand for the new date(s) requested. - Airbnb automatically calculates the price based on the number of guests and pets that you select.
