The house is very comfortable, with spacious and well-lit rooms. The location is excellent, just a few minutes from downtown and easy to get to. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty. The hosts were attentive throughout our stay, responding quickly to our questions. A great place!

We had a great stay this weekend with 6 adults and 4 kids. The house was perfect for our group - we walked to the Capital, played board games, relaxed in the hot tub, and loved the pop-a-shot, ping pong, and record player. The retro vibe was fun and unique, and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We’d absolutely stay here again.

We had a nice stay with two adults and two kiddos. Some minor issues with the upstairs guest being a little loud but the host immediately responded/asked them to quiet down and it was resolved in 10 minutes. Very impressed with the host. Cute little spot and cool art and decorations in the place. Comfy king bed.

We enjoyed out stay and will be back. The only suggestions I have is to add a propane grill so that food for a large group doesn't take so long to prepare.

This place was adorable. First off...snacks, y'all. Only Airbnb I've seen to have little snacks and that says a lot to me about the host. When i have been traveling and am tired and hungry, being met with some chips and crackers is a meaningful detail that I wish other hosts would think of. The place was colorful and fun and even though the neighborhood looked a little iffy it was absolutely fine, nobody bothered us or made us feel like we were in any harm's way for even one second. I wouldn't hesitate to stay in any of this host's properties because I know I'm in good hands there.

Jay’s place was exactly what I was looking for for a quick work trip. Everything was nice and clean, and they provided great local recommendations. The hosts were also very attentive and responsive. Would recommend!

Jay is a fantastic host and this home is comfortable, quiet, and has everything you need for an overnight or long stay. I stayed for a week and had a minor issue with the tub draining slowly that Jay had resolved for me within a couple of hours. Super efficient and friendly service. The house is a little out of the way in terms of the popular areas in OKC, and it's in what a realtor would call an "up and coming" area with lots of remodeling going on, but I didn't find any issue with it at all and would be comfortable staying here with my family. The property is well maintained, the neighbors are quiet, and the street isn't busy. Don't hesitate to stay here or at any of Jay's properties. We've stayed at a few over the last couple of years.

This is one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. The unit is so charming and very well equipped with kitchen appliances, bathroom supplies, etc. It’s walking distance from downtown and the hosts are very responsive and attentive with your needs. I highly recommend this spot and would 100% stay here again, I found myself not wanting to leave the space

Very responsive to texts. Had small things in place that made the stay easier. Well lit when I showed up. Upon entry house was well lit and music was playing felt very welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

what a beautiful place . we immediately felt that our purchase was well worth it. very clean and updated. Cody was very helpful with any of our questions. we will definitely be coming back.
